MEET 5AXIS
People and industries in which they operate differ from one another and have different needs and expectations. The 5AXIS methodology was developed in order to define your needs in a systematic way, based on data, and find the best solutions. Guided by our five fundamental criteria, you can easily find what you are looking for and get a product or service tailored to your needs.
01
FUNCTIONALITY
It answers the question of usability. Will it meet your needs? Is it appropriate and will it fulfil its function in the environment in which it will be used?
02
COMFORT
It considers the product or service in terms of convenience of use. Is it tailored to your needs? Will it enable you to focus on the task and be comfortable in the conditions in which you find yourself?
03
IMAGE
It refers to the aesthetics of the product. It takes into account the importance of appearance in terms of creating the company’s image, how you are perceived and how you feel in what you are wearing.
04
DURABILITY
This criterion helps to assess how long you can use the product. It considers the materials used, what maintenance they require, and how all these aspects will affect the overall cost.
05
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The heart of the entire 5AXIS methodology. It helps you make responsible and conscious decisions which are best for you and the environment in the long term.
Why does it matter?
Through our choices, we influence the lives of other people, our surroundings and the natural environment every day. The decisions we make today will determine the lives of future generations. Our behaviour in the workplace also has its consequences – whether we create a safe and friendly place, or we expose ourselves and others to potential threats.
What does functionality mean to you?
To me, functionality means a product that meets the needs set by the consumer, is adapted to use in specific conditions, allows you to improve your comfort and is adapted to your needs.
What does comfort mean to you?
Comfort is a mental and physical state which affects the satisfaction of the needs of comfort, peace and security. I feel comfortable in my professional life when I have the right tools to work with and good working conditions. Comfort is also the pleasure of performing tasks and the lack of external factors that limit you, affect you negatively and lead to discomfort. On the other hand, comfort in private life is partnership, kindness and love in the family.
What does image mean to you?
Image is a very important aspect when buying anything or signing binding contracts. Product visualisation strongly influences our perception of the so-called buying with our eyes, but we should also take a closer look at the entire product development process: how it is created, what reputation the company has on the local market, how employees work, whether they care for the environment or are involved in the social life of the region.
In my opinion, this is what we should pay attention to when making purchases or signing contracts. Of course, the visual effect is also important, because everyone prefers something “pretty”, but we must not forget about the foregoing aspects. Quality, reputation, functionality are very important aspects when shopping.
What does durability mean to you?
Durability is something that gives us a sense of security, ensuring that the product “will not break down right after purchase”. Considering the physical aspect of the product, durability guarantees the stabilisation of processes in the company, increases trust in the manufacturer, and also inspires greater confidence in the products offered. Durability is also important given the price aspect – I personally prefer products which are a little more expensive but live longer to those which are cheaper and live shorter. It is said that the miser loses twice, which is often true. Personally, I would recommend more durable products, even though they are more expensive than the cheaper ones, which need to be replaced more often instead. In addition, such a replacement is often associated with the time and commitment of a group of people, which is not fully taken into account when making a purchase, and in the end the cheaper product turns out to be more expensive.
